The Audion Validatable Vacuum Power Sealer Magvac 1020 is a powerful, stainless steel vacuum sealer equipped with a vacuum nozzle and bi-active sealing bars.
This machine can be used for vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging. The control panel allows the operator to set the vacuum time, sealing time, cooling time and the sealing temperature.
It is available in two versions; a standard model and a model for validated sealing, the MED option having the ability to be validated. This is particularly important in the medical and pharmaceutical industry but validated packaging starts to become more important in other industries too. Both versions are available with a sealing length of 520 mm, 720 mm or 1020 mm. The machines also come equipped with a foot pedal as standard.
The control panel allows for the vacuum nozzle to be withdrawn into the head of the machine, making this unit a 2 in 1 machine, vacuum or seal.
Optional Extra Accessories
SP PSR : Support Stand in stainless steel. Infinitely adjustable in operational height and machine angle.
BS PSR : Bag support in stainless steel (flat Shelf). Adjustable in height only with SP PSR.
OT PSR : Work table in stainless steel (angle support). Adjustable in height only with SP PSR.
Also available are set ups that allow for more than one vacuum nozzle, longer nozzle, wider nozzle, bigger pump, knife, along with many other options that will allow the machine to operate within your working environment to help your packaging process.
Calibration :
Would you like your sealing process to be validated conforming ISO 11607-2? Then your sealer must be calibrated.
Audion provides calibration services for our validatable sealers. The critical process parameters (seal temperature, seal force, seal time/speed, etc.) are measured with traceable measuring devices and a calibration certificate will be issued.
New sealers as well as sealers already in use can be calibrated. For re-calibration, the sealers are requested to be returned to Audion. We first check the status of the sealer, and if necessary, parts will be replaced and/or the parameters will be fine-tuned. The sealer will then be calibrated.
If the sealer cannot be returned to Audion, please call our service department to make an appointment for on-site calibration.*
(*) On-site calibration service is currently limited to a certain group of sealers.
