Robust tabletop vacuum impulse sealer for sealing flexible synthetic packages. The Audion Vacuum Power Sealer 1020 guarantees a high standard of seal integrity for food and non-food products. The machine is equipped with an easy-to-use digital Audion control panel. Seal and cooling time are separately adjustable to suit the type of material. The vacuum nozzle can also be retracted, making this machine a 2 in 1 combination of vacuuming or just sealing.

The integrated vacuum system allows vacuuming and / or gas flushing your package according to the set packaging standards of the product.

Ten pre-set seal programs allow the operator to always have the perfect seal parameters available for each different package. The machine is equipped with upper and lower sealing bars, and when using relatively thin laminates the upper sealing bar can be switched off. The impressive seal quality makes this machine suitable for many different applications also for users of “special laminates”.

Additional accessories and configurable options are available to meet the packaging requirements of every specific industry and optimize your packaging process. Our Power Sealer range machines are also available with an integrated vacuum and gasflush function, in a validatable version for the use in validated processes, as well as heat sealer version.

SP PSR : Support stand in a stainless steel finish. Infinitely adjustable in operational height and machine angle.

BS PSR : Bag support in stainless steel (flat Shelf). Adjustable in height only with SP PSR.

OT PSR : Work table in stainless steel (angle support). Adjustable in height only with SP PSR.

Also available is set ups that allow for more than one vacuum nozzle, longer nozzle, wider nozzle, bigger pump, knife, along with many other options that will allow the machine to operate within your working environment to help your packaging process.
