The Speedpack Hybrid is mainly used for parts counting and filling and is equipped with a count and fill system is designed to fill and pack large quantities of small, free flowing products such as seeds, pills, parts or capsules. Parts counting and filling plus bagging becomes easy with this kind of machine.

This is the perfect solution for packaging different sizes of bags, based on real-time image processing of multiple products as they fall. This technology enables fast, accurate and reliable bulk counting and packaging of a fixed number of small products.

The revolutionary Speedpack count and fill has been designed to optimise parts packaging in the broadest sense. Special product solutions have been designed to pack large quantities of free flowing parts into accurately counted or weighed small packages, eventually supplied with a (unique) label. Due to the highly advanced (patented) bag creation assembly, bags can be made from both lay flat tubing or pre-opened bags-on-roll. This dual application proves to be a distinctive packaging solution generating a significant film saving: each bag will have the desired bag length when lay flat tubing is used!

The Speedpack Hybrid count and fill is outstanding on reliability, flexibility and user-friendliness, featuring an easy-to-use touchscreen to select bag size “on-the-fly” and enabling you to adjust further settings to create the ideal package for your customer. Due to the sophisticated software maximum flexibility is offered and significant film savings plus optimal labour productivity can be realized.
