The Optiweigh Counter is a sorting table with an automatic discharge bucket below for accurately weighing and counting small parts to be packed by our Speedpack. Perfect for a bagging machine weighing solution

Products can be shifted into the bucket and will be accurately counted by the integrated weighing scale.

This weighing solution consists of an integrated load cell featured by an operation panel for storing different products characteristics (i.e. weight per product and target value per bag).

Combined with Speedpack Hybrid, this Table Optiweigh counter offers an efficient and easy solution for packaging small parts in bags being made at desired length from tube film or in pre-opened bags-on-a-roll.

The speedpack Hybrid bagging machine weighing solution if ever required could be removed from the weighing unit. This system forming a 2 in 1 system. Should you not require the weighing feature the machine can be operated as a stand alone bagging machine. This option giving you the variety of how to pack and where to pack within your company.

Weigh-counting process:

1. The operator defines the weight per product by inserting a defined number of the same parts in the bucket and using the panel functions;
2. The operator defines the target value (how many parts per bag/ weight per bag);
3. While the operator is shifting products into the bucket, the weighing panel shows the quantity of the product in bucket. When the target value has been reached, the colour in the display changes from red to green.
4. The Bucket inclines automatically and the product is guided into the bag, the bag will be closed;
5. The bucket resets to the standard position, the Speedpack prepares a new bag, the packaging process starts again from point 3.
