Sales Engineer
Kyle is the technical minded side of our selling team. Since he left school he has implemented large Scale Packaging systems. From joining Audion in March 2018 he has developed from a role as service engineer to now selling Audion’s most technical solutions.
Service Co-ordinator
Shelby is our service and spares guru. She has the responsibility of facilitating our engineers day to day operations as well as ensuring customers orders are delivered correctly and on time.
Accounts Administrator
Clare brings a wealth of experience with her from previous roles which include accountancy, compliance companies and club analysis roles within the likes of Chelsea Football Club. She is currently studying for an ACCA accountancy qualification.
Service Engineer
John has recently joined the company with over 15 years experience servicing electro-mechanical equipment. In his previous role, in addition to servicing equipment he provided technical support to the company’s dealer network. John also manages one of the girls teams at Derby County FC.
Trainee Service Engineer
Connor joined us from a family background of engineering and over the next few years will be progressing from internal repairs to a fully fledged field service technician. He is a team player who strives to give the best customer service he can.
Office Manager
Nicole has a wealth of experience managing large teams of customer service operators in a fast paced environment with the main goal of developing the business and keeping on top of the office environment.

Callam works directly with our key customers to provide an excellent service from start to finish. He has many years of experience in sales and is very commercially focused.
